- TOUCHLESS PAYMENT METHODS ARE OFFERED AND PREFERRED
- CHECKS also ACCEPTED ($50 fee for any returned checks)

SALON COURTESIES
- If the curtain is closed around my station, please DO NOT ENTER.
You will be greeted once the stylist is free.
- 30% FEE TO CANCEL LESS THAN 24HRS, and 50% NO-SHOW FEE.
- LATE ARRIVALS of more than 5 minutes will be rescheduled and charged a rebooking fee. Please be aware of road construction and rush hour traffic; allow extra time to make your appointment.
- FOOTBALL SEASON (Aug.-Nov.) Please be reminded of Friday and Saturday football traffic; plan to maneuver traffic to be on time for your appointment.
- PLEASE REMOVE PREVIOUS HAIRSTYLES and braids; comb through hair thoroughly to avoid additional charges.
- DUE TO LIMITED AVAILABILITY please, prebook or book weeks in advance and keep your appointment to maintain your hair care needs. Changes to services must be made 72hours before your appointment; it is not guaranteed your service will be accepted.
- RESPECT OTHERS' PRIVACY, use earphones while watching videos on phones or tablets, and step outside to take calls.
- FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR CHILDREN, please do not allow children to play with products, tools, or salon décor. Please monitor and discipline your children as they wait. The stylist reserves the right to restrict children not being serviced.

YOU RELEASE THE HAIR LOSS CENTER OF ALABAMA, LLC., BEI CAPELLI BY CASTELLANI AND THE PERSONS PERFORMING CHEMICAL PROCESSES AND/OR ANY SERVICE FROM ALL LIABILITY INVOLVING THESE SERVICES. BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH KIESHA OF HAIR LOSS CENTER OF ALABAMA CONFIRMS YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO ALL SALON COURTESIES, ANY ADDITIONAL FEES AND TO FOLLOW ALL REQUIRED POLICIES OF HAIR LOSS CENTER OF ALABAMA AND BEI CAPELLI BY CASTELLANI.
